  1. To raise creative individuals who have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, who constantly renew their personal and professional development, who are sensitive to the environment, who respect differences, and who can use their knowledge and skills for the benefit of humanity and the country.

Equipped with awareness of social responsibility, sensitive to problems across the country, considering the public interest, taking an active role in the fields of education, research and entrepreneurship, providing services that will support the development and development of the city in which it lives.

Carrying out interdisciplinary research, producing knowledge and technology with the aim of being an innovative university that contributes to science and art at a universal level, respecting ethical values, and carrying out research and project activities with qualified education quality based on university-society-industry cooperation.
  4. Gaining knowledge of the functioning conditions of human and inter-societal relations in the fields of social and behavioral sciences and human sciences and applying them in the society in which they live.

Interpreting and evaluating the data using the knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of natural sciences, life sciences, mathematics and statistics, social and behavioral sciences, identifying and analyzing problems in line with technological developments, and offering national and international solutions by conducting scientific research.
